J U D G M E N T
This writ petition was admitted and interim order granted on 222-2007. Notice was ordered to the respondents. But, the petitioners have not paid process. Therefore, the writ petition was posted in the defect list on 22-5-2009, on which date, I passed the following order:
“Although notice was ordered in the writ petition on 22.2.2007, the petitioners have not filed process for issuing notice to the respondents. When the matter came up in the defect list today, none appears for the petitioners. Post for disposal tomorrow.”
When the matter was taken up today for disposal, today also none appears for the petitioners. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
