JUDGMENT
The petitioners in these writ petitions are students of MBA Course in the MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram during the period 2003-05. They have completed the course and passed in all papers, except the first semester 'Business Law' paper. They have appeared in the three supplementary examinations also, but have failed. The request made by the petitioners to give them another chance has been turned down by the University. It is in that context, these writ petitions have been filed praying for a direction to the University to allow another chance to the petitioners.
