JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the challenge raised against the Kerala State Higher Education Council Ordinance 2007 has become infructuous, in so far as the relevant 'Act' has been brought into force and hence seeks for permission to withdraw the matter without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the relevant provisions of the Act. Permission is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
