J U D G M E N T

The grievance of the petitioner is against the inaction of the first respondent in dealing with Exhibit P1 complaint preferred by the petitioner who is working under him, pointing out the harassment and such other instances being pursued by respondents 2 to 5 who are also the employees working under the first respondent.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the first respondent has taken all possible steps to solve the situation, protecting the rights and interests of all concerned.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of reserving the rights and liberties of the petitioner to pursue the matter by filing appropriate proceedings before the higher Departmental authorities, if necessitated or by approaching the competent court of law.
