JUDGMENT
Sri.K.Jayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that certain inadvertent mistakes have occured in the writ petition. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition rectifying the mistakes. In the light of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the same subject matter.
