Sri.Pius.C.Mundadan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Rubber Board has issued a licence to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition any further. In the light of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
