J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a Part-time Casual Sweeper and she claims to have been working since 1.4.1991. Originally the sweeping area of the office where she was working from 1991 in the N.H. Section, Neyyattinkara, was 128 Sq.mt and in the present office she is working from 2003 onwards, the sweeping area is stated to be 497.46 sq. mtrs. This is sought to be substantiated with reference to Exts. P2 and P4. Petitioner claims appointment as Parttime Sweeper and regularisation in service in terms of G.O (P) 501/2005 Dated 25.11.2005, Ext.P5 Government Order. Ext.P6 request is pending before the 1st respondent.
the guidelines for absorption of casual sweepers into regular service provided the sweeping area is in excess of 100 Sq.mtrs.
