JUDGMENT
Petitioner challenges Ext.P1 notice of eviction from the quarters, issued by the Assistant Executive Engineer. Learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board submits that in a similar case, this Court had permitted the petitioner therein to prefer an appeal against such eviction notice before the Chief Engineer. Similar course of action may be taken in the present case also.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
