J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the alleged failure of the respondent to consider Ext.P4 application filed by the petitioner before the Survey Adalat. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that though after Ext.P4 application was received, a notice dated 17.10.2009 was issued to petitioner calling upon the petitioner to appear before the respondent, he did not appear and that was the reason why orders have not passed on Ext.P4. He submits that if the petitioner appears before the respondent and produces all the relevant documents he will place Ext.P4 before the Survey Adalat at the earliest.
In the light of the said submission, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction that in the event of the petitioner appearing before the respondent with all the relevant documents, the respondent shall consider Ext.P4 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event within two months from such date.
