JUDGMENT
Sri.M.Rajagopalan Nair, the learned standing counsel appearing for the University of Kerala submits that the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-VII order have been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed W.P.(C). No.32166 of 2009 challenging the levy of annual administration fee and also the other stipulations in the order granting affiliation and that this contempt case may be closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to prosecute the said writ petition. In the light of the subsequent developments, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed, leaving open the petitioner's contentions in W.P.(C).32166 of 2009.
