JUDGMENT
Petitioner, a Tahsildar is under suspension as per Ext.P1 order dated 26.3.2008. Suspension was pursuant to a registration of vigilance case against the petitioner. He is aggrieved that his plea for revocation of suspension has not been considered. Hence the writ petition. Ext.P4 is pending before the Government.
