The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation on 29-2-2008, 30-11-2008, 31-10-2008 and 3011-2008 respectively as is evidenced from Exts.P1 to P4 communications. The petitioners' grievance in this writ petition is that surrender leave salary due to the petitioners is not being paid to them. Learned standing counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, submits that the amounts would be paid within two months.

The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to see that leave surrender salary due to the petitioners is paid within two months.
