JUDGMENT
Petitioner challenges Ext. P4. Ext.P4 is an interlocutory order
imposing payment of 40% of the amount as a condition for grant of stay besides furnishing security.
Having regard to the facts and in the interests of justice the petitioner is called upon to pay 30% of the amount instead of 40%. Petitioner is given two weeks time to comply with the conditions as modified. The other conditions in Ext.P4 will stand.
