The parties were referred for mediation. The mediator has filed a report dated 14.10.2009, stating that the mediation was successful and the parties have come to a settlement. The terms of the settlement have been reduced to writing and it has been attached to the report of the mediator, describing it as a “compromise petition”. In terms of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioners shall pay Rs.750/- (Rs. Seven hundred and fifty) and respondents 3 and 4 shall pay Rs.750/-
