J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P4 order, passed under Section 68(1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal against Ext.P4 order before the Government under Section 83(1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. In view of the same, I dispose of this writ petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the appeal stated to have been filed. Till that appeal is disposed of, interim order granted by this court in this writ petition, shall continue to be in force.
