JUDGMENT
The petitioner was appointed as HSST Malayalam by the third respondent Manager as per Ext.P1 order. The appointment was in terms of the procedure prescribed in G.O.(Ms) No.162/98/G.Edn. dated 13.5.1998. The petitioner was appointed in the 75% quota.
Malayalam was approved by the second respondent as per order dated 3.11.2002 as HSST (Part time). It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was entitled to have her appointment approved as HSST Senior.
There will be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on Ext.P9 after hearing the petitioner and Manager, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner

will produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment
before the first respondent for compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
