J U D G M E N T
The Contempt of Court Case is filed alleging non compliance of Annexure A1 judgment. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Government has passed an order as per G.O.(Rt). No.3054/09/G.Edn., dated 22/07/2009, whereby directions have been issued to the Manager to take necessary action to allow the petitioner to rejoin duty with immediate effect and to forward the proposal for cancellation of unavailed portion through D.E.O, Ernakulam. The same is recorded. Therefore, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
