Heard counsel on both sides.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the proposal to review the pay fixed in relation to him after his retirement from the post of Head Operator in the Water Authority. Ext.P5 representation filed by him is pending before the 2nd respondent.

In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass an order thereon, after hearing the petitioner also, before taking a decision in the matter of review of the pay already fixed in relation to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
