The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main relief sought in this writ petition namely a direction to the first respondent to communicate a copy of Ext.P1 order to the Registrar General, High Court of Kerala, has been complied with. He submits that the petitioner does not therefore wish to prosecute the writ petition any further. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
