J U D G M E N T
The challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P4, an order passed by the District Collector exercising his powers under the Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001. A reading of Ext.P4 shows that before the District Collector, petitioner has admitted the guilt. Although the counsel for the petitioner contends that there has not been any admission as mentioned in Ext.P4, I do not find any pleading to that effect in the writ petition. If that be so, this Court will not be justified
in interfering with Ext.P4.
Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
