By judgment dated 5th of January, 2009, the writ petition was disposed of declining to issue any directions in view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader that the District Collector was to hear the parties on 6/1/2009. However, it is now pointed out that hearing has taken place, but orders has not been passed. It is in view of this, the review petition is filed praying that a time limit should be fixed for passing the order as directed.
Review petition is disposed of as above.
