The short prayer raised by the petitioner, a senior citizen, is that O.P.No.1185/08 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. Report of the learned Judge was called for. The learned Judge reports that the petitioner himself is guilty of not getting ready and he has not shown any anxiety before the court below to secure an expeditious disposal.
