The early disposal of a pending HMA is the prayer made in this petition. The same was admitted on 01/06/09 and the report of the learned Judge was called for. Today when the matter came up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous and unnecessary. The report of the learned Judge of the Family Court further shows that orders have already been passed in the O.P. In these circumstances, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition.
