J U D G M E N T

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

Petitioner purchased an extent of 47.750 cents of land under Exhibit-P1 sale deed. He wanted to put up a house in 5 cents forming part of the said property. ExhibitP2 application has been filed by the petitioner in this regard under the Land Utilisation Order before the 3^rd respondent. This writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate direction in relation to Exhibit-P2.

Since the extent of land is only 5 cents forming part of the larger extent of 47.750 cents of land, the 3^rd respondent shall take appropriate action on Exhibit-P2 application, in the light of the reports that have been forwarded by the Village Officer and the Tahasildar, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
