Challenge in the writ petition is against Exhibit-P27
order passed by the Additional Tahasildar cancelling mutation which is effected earlier in favour of the petitioner. I am not inclined to consider the petitioner’s contentions on merit. Exhibit-P27 order is appealable under the Transfer of Registry Rules. Reserving the liberty of the petitioner to avail a statutory remedy, the writ petition is closed.
