The petitioner is a contractor who claims to have executed certain works for the 1st respondent-Corporation. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that the bill amount due to the petitioner has not been paid. The petitioner has submitted Ext. P5 representation in this regard. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P5 expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P5, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
