Appellant/Petitioner challenges Ext.P22 order passed by the 2nd respondent. The learned Single Judge found that there is an effective alternate remedy by way of appeal against the impugned order. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, we fully agree with the views of the learned Single Judge. However, appellant can raise all his contentions before the Tribunal. With the above observations, this appeal is dismissed.
