This appeal is filed against the interim order dated 4^th December, 2008. As per the interim order, appellant is directed to remit Rs.50,000/- within one week from 4^th December, 2008. But appellant paid only Rs.10,000/-. In these circumstances, we direct the appellant to pay Rs.10,000/within one week from today and balance amount on or before 28.2.2009 in compliance of impugned order. No further time will be granted and appellant may move for an early disposal of the matter. With the above direction, this appeal is disposed of.
