Appellant is the writ petitioner. Petitioner approached this court challenging the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him culminating in Ext.P11 appellate order. The punishment sustained is only barring of two increments without cumulative effect, in view of the judgment of the learned Single Judge. Yet the apprehension of the appellant is that the observations and findings in the proceedings and that of the learned Single Judge in the writ petition might mar his future career. On instruction, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Board submits that the disciplinary action initiated against the appellant in the year 2002 and the final punishment sustained being barring of two increments without cumulative effect do not have any other consequence on his future career, in view of the

intervening developments. Therefore, there is no basis for the apprehension of the appellant. The Writ Appeal is hence dismissed.
