Heard. Paragraph 3 shall be corrected and substituted as “I heard the counsel on both sides.” The last but one sentence in paragraph 2 shall be corrected in the manner indicated hereunder: That sentence, which reads as “Both the applications moved by the defendant were dismissed vide Ext.P3 order” shall be deleted, and in lieu thereof, it is to be stated as thus: “The application, I.A.No.6640 of 2008, the review petition was allowed subject to terms, and the application I.A.No.6759 of 2008 for staying of the suit was dismissed, both vide Ext.P3 common order”. Judgment shall stand corrected as indicated above, and the review petition is accordingly disposed.
