Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that there was another revision as C.R.P.No.309 of 2001 against
dismissal of the review petition moved by the petitioner in respect of the very same order challenged in this revision. That revision, numbered as C.R.P.No.309 of 2001, after hearing both sides, was dismissed by this Court, by order dated 6.8.2009. In view of the dismissal of that revision, nothing survives in the present revision, and accordingly the revision is dismissed.
