Heard Sri.Jobi Jose Kondody, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. On going through the writ petition and after hearing the submissions made at the Bar, I am satisfied that the interim order passed by this Court does not require to be varied. The review petition is accordingly dismissed. It will be open to the petitioner to produce Annexure 2 letter in the writ petition and raise the grounds urged in this review petition in the writ petition.
