O R D E R
The petitioner in this review petition seeks review of my judgment on the basis of Annexures III to V documents now produced to show that the construction of the building was prior to the commencement of the Act, viz., 3.11.1995. However, I find from Annexure III that the building in question was assessed to property tax by the local authority from 1.10.1996, almost a year from the date of commencement of the Act. That being so, Annexures IV and V petitions filed by the petitioner before the Municipality cannot be relied upon for deciding the date of completion of the construction of the building in question. In the above circumstances, I do not find any merit in the review petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
