All these matters are deferred for consideration as there is no averment that there is any budgetary provision for work. Even though the case came up for further consideration today, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Board rightly submitted that there is no budgetary provision. Hence sanction sought for is declined. However, since administrative sanction is already accorded by the Board, these works may be included in the priority list and taken up as and when funds are available and budgetary provisions are made. Appropriate sanction can be sought for at that time.
All these D.B.As are closed.
