This petition is filed to pass an order directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Punalur to consider the bail application on the date of surrender itself. The petitioner is first accused in L.P.No.184/06 in CC No.1590/08 of a crime registered in 2002. Now he wants to surrender and be released on bail on the day itself. I direct the learned Magistrate to consider his bail application in case of surrender as expeditiously as possible which means that it need not be delayed.
The CRL.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
