This petition is filed for a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adimaly to consider the bail application of the petitioner filed on behalf of the petitioner on the date of surrender and release the accused on bail on the same day. The very prayer in the application shows what has been the conduct of this person in a criminal proceedings. But I do not want to elaborate on that. If the petitioner surrenders and moves an application for bail, then I direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adimaly to consider the same as expeditiously as possible.
The CRL.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
