This petition is filed with a prayer to direct the MunsiffMagistrate Court, South Paravur to dispose of C.M.P. 515/09 in C.C.800/08. A report was called for from the concerned Magistrate. The Magistrate has reported that the case which was posted on 13.2.2009 had been preponed and posted for hearing on 10.2.2009 and he had assured that he will pass orders on the petition on that date itself. In the light of the said report no further action is necessary and therefore Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
