This petition is filed for a direction requesting the court to relax condition No.4 imposed in C.M.P. 2196/2008 in Crime No. 153/2008 of Manjeri Police Station. The said order relates to the release of a vehicle and the 4^th condition is to execute a bond for Rs. 50,000/-with two solvent sureties for the like sum each and produce the sureties with solvent certificate or title deed. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the vehicle is a very old vehicle and there is difficulty for the party as well as the sureties to furnish security for a sum of Rs. 50,000/-. Therefore some leniency can be shown.

After hearing the learned counsel, I feel some leniency can be shown and thereby directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs. 40,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum to be supported by either the solvency certificate or title deed.

Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
