JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned Govt. Pleader that in accordance with the directions in Annexure B judgment, the respondent has passed an order on 19.6.2009. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copy of the order has not been communicated to the petitioner so far. Therefore, the respondent will communicate the order to the petitioner without delay. Since the directions have been complied with, no further action is required in the Contempt of Court Case. The same is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach this court if required, by filing a writ petition against the order passed.
