JUDGMENT
As per Annexure A1 order dated 4.3.2009, this court directed the second respondent to file an additional affidavit within two weeks showing reasons, if any, as to why the non liability certificate of the petitioner is withheld and if there is no valid reason, the non liability certificate will be issued within the said period.
