JUDGMENT
Sri. P.Narayanan, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that Annexure-A order has been modified by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2597 of 2009 and that the District Collector, Malappuram has been directed to release the vehicle by way of interim custody on the petitioner depositing the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only). He submits that other conditions have also been imposed. In the light of the fact that Annexure-A order has been varied, I am of the opinion that no orders are called for in this contempt of court case. It is accordingly closed.
