JUDGMENT
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
submits that Annexure II order came to be passed because the respondent was not aware of Annexure I order. There is a dispute as to whether a copy of the order was actually made available to the petitioner or not. In the circumstances, I do not propose to further pursue that line of enquiry. I have considered W.P.(C) No.27325/09 and subsequent interim orders are being passed in the said writ petition. In the circumstances, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
