JUDGMENT
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
submits that though the amount by way of arrears of wages was offered to the petitioner, she was reluctant to receive it and therefore, it was dispatched to her under acknowledgment. Petitioner may receive the amount so tendered without prejudice to her contentions. If she is aggrieved by the quantum of the amount so received, it is open to her to prosecute other steps in relation thereto. Subject to the above, Contempt of Court case is closed.
