Having gone through Annexure-A4 order, I am of the view that the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the said order and seek appropriate reliefs, in relation to the Departmental Promotion Committee. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to do so, Contempt of Court case is closed.
