The complaint is regarding non compliance of Annexure 1 judgment in WP(C) No.37408/2008.
submits that order has been passed on 22/10/2009 and a copy thereof has been served on the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek her remedies against the order that is now passed, if she is aggrieved by the same.
