filed B.A. No. 3250 of 2009 before this court praying for the grant of Anticipatory Bail. That application was dismissed as per the order dated 17.06.2009. There is no change of circumstances justifying the filing of the second application for Anticipatory Bail.
The Bail Application is accordingly dismissed.
