ORDER
The learned public prosecutor submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioners, though a petition filed by the wife of the first petitioner was received by the police. It is also submitted by the learned public prosecutor that the police do not want to arrest the petitioners in connection with the allegation made against the petitioners. This submission is recorded.
Accordingly, the Bail Application is closed with liberty to approach the court again, if and when occasion arises.
