The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 revision before the second respondent. In case Ext.P2 revision has not so far been disposed of, there will be a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after passing orders on Ext.P3 delay petition, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
