JUDGMENT

Petitioners 1 and 2 are working as Food Inspectors. Petitioners 3 and 4 are retired peons. The 5^th petitioner is presently working as Peon in the Chalakudy Circle. They are aggrieved by the fact that travelling allowances due to them have not been disbursed to them. Comprehensive representation in this regard is now submitted before the first respondent. Petitioners made reference to the fact that they had moved the competent authority, 3^rd respondent even earlier in Ext.P4. Since no action was taken, they have moved the Government under Ext.P5.

After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to look into Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders within three months
