JUDGMENT
Even if the contention of the Petitioner as regards the correctness of Annexure-V order is accepted, I am of the view that no proceedings under the contempt of Courts Act could be initiated on the basis of Annexure-V. At the same time, I make it clear that the Petitioner has right to take appropriate steps in relation to AnnexureV. Subject to this right, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
